Our History
​Alcarail is an Australian company and was founded in September 2021 to provide infrastructure delivery management services, focused on helping our clients by resolving complex engineering and delivery challenges. 
​
​Since then, we have expanded our services into project engineering, construction management, signalling and communication installation, and testing and commissioning management. In 2023, we added rail systems design plus signalling & comms design, systems engineering, and safety assurance.

Today we operate as a full-service engineering, construction and management company, combining hands-on delivery experience with smart, integrated solutions for complex rail and infrastructure projects.
Who we are
​Alcarail provides Engineering, Construction and Project Management services for delivering major and complex railway projects.

​Our team brings delivery management experience along with technical expertise in various railway systems and subsystems, construction, testing and commissioning, and operational readiness which makes us unique to interface efficiently with all the stakeholders and successfully manage highly complex projects throughout its life cycle.
